We supply complex aircraft structures, sub-assemblies, and precision components for both commercial aerospace and defense sectors. Our products span a range of applications, from manned and unmanned military helicopters to fixed-wing aircraft and ground platforms. Specific use cases include cockpit assemblies, wiring harness installations, and helicopter flight control systems.

Repair focuses on fixing or restoring malfunctioning or damaged components. It involves diagnosing the issue, replacing faulty parts, and restoring the equipment to its operational state. Repairs can be planned or unplanned, arising from regular maintenance inspections or unexpected failures.

We turn and mill highly complex assemblies in both ferrous and non ferrous metals from bar stock, forgings, and castings. All machining, destructive and non-destructive testing, patch testing, CMM, and materials testing is conducted in house.

We manufacture metal and composite bonded aerostructures using high-performance materials for state-of-the-art stealth aircraft, vertical lift vehicles, latest-generation commercial aircraft, and next-gen space systems. Our expertise is in the design, prototyping, testing, and full-scale production of complex parts, as an accredited supplier of parts ranging from fairings and radomes, to rotor blades and winglets.
